Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jl168 ("jl168," "the Platform," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the jl168 website at jl168.asia, including all subdomains, mobile-optimized versions, and any related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing jl168.asia, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any service provided by jl168, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.

These Terms are supplemented by the jl168 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the supplemental policies, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Player Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on jl168, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player may hold only one (1) active account on jl168. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether directly or through third parties — is strictly prohibited. jl168 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, that multiple accounts are linked to a single individual through any combination of identifying factors including but not limited to device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, mobile number, identity document, and behavioral patterns.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. jl168 relies on the information you provide for identity verification, payment processing, and communications. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

3.3 Account Security and Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl168 login credentials, including your username or registered mobile number and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with other online accounts or services.
• Never disclose your login credentials to any third party, including individuals claiming to be jl168 staff.
• Log out of your jl168 session on devices shared with other persons.
• Notify jl168 customer support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your account.

All activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by any third party accessing your account due to your failure to maintain credential security — is your sole responsibility. jl168 accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

3.4 KYC Verification

jl168 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players are required to submit supporting identity documentation — including a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID — before processing withdrawal requests and as a condition of accessing certain account features. Acceptable identification documents include: UMID, Philippine Passport, Driver's Licence, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, Voter's ID, and PRC Professional ID. jl168 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

Deposits and Payment Methods

jl168 accepts deposits through the following payment channels, subject to availability and applicable processing conditions:

All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted. jl168 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency transfers, or payment methods not listed in the official cashier interface.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method in the player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited.

jl168 does not charge fees on standard player withdrawals. Third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees, for which jl168 accepts no responsibility.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Cashback

jl168 offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP-tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion terms provide otherwise:

• Bonuses are available exclusively to eligible registered players who have completed required verification steps as specified in the promotion terms.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless expressly stated otherwise.

• Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through coordinated bonus hunting, hedge betting, or use of multiple accounts — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and account suspension.

The jl168 VIP Program operates under its own tier-specific terms communicated directly to eligible players. VIP benefits including cashback rates, withdrawal limits, and personal manager access are subject to continued compliance with these Terms and maintenance of tier qualification thresholds.

Gaming Rules and Wagering

7.1 General Wagering Rules

All wagers placed on jl168 are final upon confirmation. You acknowledge that gaming and sports betting involve risk of financial loss, and that jl168 makes no representation regarding the likelihood of winning on any game or wager. Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game, table, and player tier and are displayed within the relevant game interface.

7.2 Live Casino

Live dealer games are operated by professional dealers in certified studio environments. All live dealer game outcomes are final as declared by the dealer and confirmed by the live system. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, jl168's server-side records constitute the definitive record of the round outcome and any wagers placed or resolved prior to the disconnection.

7.3 Slots and RNG Games

Random Number Generator (RNG) based games use certified algorithms that produce statistically unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined by the RNG at the instant a bet is confirmed. 7.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting odds are dynamic and may be updated at any time prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that point in time apply. In-play (live) betting odds may change rapidly during events. jl168 reserves the right to void bets placed on events or markets where odds were published in error. Decisions regarding event outcomes, suspended markets, and void conditions are made at jl168's reasonable discretion and are final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jl168 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and potential legal action:

• Providing false identity information, including age misrepresentation, at registration or any subsequent verification stage.
• Creating or operating more than one jl168 account.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, scripts, or any other technical tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a technical error may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including in live dealer games or multiplayer formats.

• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions through the creation of new accounts.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward jl168 staff, live dealers, or other players through any available communication channel.

Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit:

• Reproducing, distributing, displaying, or creating derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any Platform software.
• Using jl168 trademarks, logos, or branding in any way not expressly authorized in writing by jl168.
• Scraping, data mining, or systematically extracting data from the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jl168 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jl168 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game data, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary Platform unavailability.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law, jl168's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you to jl168 in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension and Termination

jl168 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplemental policy.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet eligibility requirements, including age or jurisdiction restrictions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes.
• At the request of relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Where continuation of the account relationship presents unacceptable risk to jl168 or other players.

Upon account termination for cause, jl168 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (e.g., regulatory changes), accessible account balances will be returned to the player through verified payment methods within a reasonable timeframe.

You may voluntarily close your jl168 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Dispute Resolution

jl168's decisions on game outcome disputes — including disputes involving live dealer games, RNG games, and sports betting settlement — are final once issued following the investigation process, unless reversed as a result of an error on jl168's part. Server-side records of game rounds and transactions constitute primary evidence in dispute investigations.

Amendments to These Terms

jl168 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this page. Where amendments are material, jl168 will endeavor to provide notice through one or more of the following channels: in-platform notification, email to your registered address, or a prominent notice on jl168.asia.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory dispute resolution procedures specified herein.

jl168 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. The Platform is intended for use by Filipino players and persons accessing it from jurisdictions where online gambling is lawfully permitted. Players are responsible for ensuring their use of jl168 complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
